Feature

LSM 980은 초고감도 32 channel spectral GaAsP-PMT detector를 탑재하여 매우 약한 시그널도 선명하게 이미징 할 수 있으며, crosstalk 현상이 없이 multi-spectral imaging이 가능한 최첨단 컨포칼 현미경입니다. LSM 980에 장착된 Airyscan2 mode에는 Airyscan jDCV 기능이 추가되어, Airyscan mode의 해상도(XY축 120 nm, Z축 350 nm) 보다 추가 향상된 해상도 (XY축 90 nm, Z축 270 nm)의 이미지 획득이 가능해졌습니다. 또한 730 nm laser와 NIR detector가 장착되어 NIR용 형광 이미징이 가능합니다.

• ZEISS의 특허인 초고해상도 Airyscan2 mode에서는 조직 전체나 Organoids와 같이 큰 이미지도 Multiplex mode를 사용하여 매우 빠르게 촬영 가능
• 최대 해상도: Lateral: 90 nm, Axial: 290 nm (Airyscan jDCV 적용 시)
• 속도: 47 frames per second at 512 X 512 pixels
• 기존 컨포컬 현미경 관찰에 사용하는 시료 그대로 초고해상도 이미징 가능
