LSM 780에 새로이 도입된 GaAsP spectral detector는 LSM 710을 통하여 입증된 뛰어난 sensitivity를 한 차원 더 높인 최첨단 컨포칼 현미경입니다. 32-Ch GaAsP detector는 기존의 PMT 에서 얻을 수 없었던 45% 의 Quantum Efficiency (QE)를 장착해 Photon counting 기능을 가능케 하고 기존의 방식으로 확인이 불가능했던 저발현 단백질이나 매우 약한 signal을 감지해 뛰어난 dynamic range로 표현하며 형광물질의 스펙트럼을 매우 빠르게 분석할 수 있습니다.
